Admission for the MBA@MBU

Admissions steps

  1. Complete the application.
  2. Provide an essay: A short written essay is used to evaluate an applicant’s writing capability and interest in the program.
  3. Send in transcript(s): A transcript from your completed bachelor’s degree coursework is required.
  4. Submit a resume: Work experience is preferred but not required. Prospective students should submit a resume to have work experience taken into account as part of their application.

The following may also be requested as part of your application:

  1. Interview: Individual interviews may be requested by the review committee.
  2. Business exam: If an applicant’s bachelor’s degree is not in business, accounting, or an approved business-related field, the applicant will take an exam to evaluate his or her level of business knowledge. Based on exam results, applicants may be required to take one or more pre-MBA module courses offered at MBU.

MBU does not require the GMAT or GRE, and there is no fee to apply.
