Mary Baldwin University’s Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences is excited to offer a new, online Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree as part of its program offerings.  The MHA program has been designed with the input of a broad spectrum of healthcare leaders who represent various disciplines and perspectives in the healthcare field.
The courses will offer students the opportunity to specialize in the area of quality and systems safety as well as general healthcare administration.  Faculty will bring real-world experience to the classroom and both challenge and mentor students to develop broad-based cognitive, technical and professional skills that will enable them to succeed in a diversity of healthcare leadership roles.
The curriculum is grounded both in the mission of Mary Baldwin University and the Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences and reflects the competencies established by the National Center for Health Leadership and Healthcare Leadership Alliance to meet the complexity, diversity and ever-changing world of healthcare.
