There are several opportunities to catch Artist-in-Residence Srinivas Krishnan when he returns to Mary Baldwin University October 3—7 for his fall residency. Each event will take place at the Spencer Center for Civic and Global Engagement in Wenger Hall.

At noon on October 5, Krishnan will participate in an International Café talk on “India’s Changing Corporate Culture” and at 5 p.m., he and student Cassandra Jones ’12 will lead a discussion for students interested in traveling to India with Global Rhythms, the world music ensemble Krishnan founded.

Finally, at 7:30 p.m. on October 6, K. Harihan, director of the L.V. Prasad Film and TV Academy in Chennai, India, will talk about “Women in Indian Cinema.”

The visit marks Krishnan’s sixth to Mary Baldwin as artist-in-residence.
