“We were much improved over our race at Christopher Newport University (CNU). Team dynamics have been great this week and post race they were already asking about our workouts to prepare for regionals. We will put in the workouts and have it pay off with a great last race on November 16. I am pleased with the effort and the excitement to train our weaknesses,” Coach Sharon Spalding said after the race.

The Fighting Squirrels will run in the NCAA South/Southeast Regionals on November 16 at CNU.
